Public Technical Service Center Lecture 2023 Issue 2: Lecture on the Research Progress of Protein Posttranslational Modifications in Inflammation and Immunity

    Date:Oct 08, 2023   |  【 A  A  A 】  |  【Print】 【Close】

Proteomics analysis can reveal the basic laws of life activities, deepen understanding of protein regulatory networks, physiological pathology, and disease occurrence and development; At the same time, many important life activities such as immunity and inflammation are regulated by various post translational modifications (PTMs) of proteins. Therefore, in-depth research on proteomics and post translational modifications of proteins is of great scientific significance. Since the platform established self processing of protein samples based on high-resolution mass spectrometry and carried out protein identification, non-standard quantification (LFQ), and PTMs, multiple users have conducted protein research. In order to address the deeper needs of users for protein identification and improve the platform's technical level, we now invite the Jingjie Biological Academic Team to conduct training on proteomics and protein post-translational modification technology and applications, All teachers and students in need are welcome to sign up and participate.

    Report time: August 18, 2023 (Friday), 15:00 - 17:00, A207
Report title: Protein posttranslational modifications (PTMs) in inflammatory and immune research progress
    Report content:
    1) the introduction of protein and protein modification group
    2) protein modification after translation application in inflammation and immune
    3) single cell protein group technology and space proteomic technology introduction
