    Lecture on the latest progress of Oxford Nanopore third-generation sequencing in pathogen detection

    The Pathogen Discovery & Computing Facility plans to invite senior technical experts from Oxford Nanopore Technologies and R&D project managers from Novozan to provide a detailed introduction to the latest progress in third-generation sequencing of Oxford Nanopore in pathogen detection. You are welcome to attend!

    1. Theoretical introduction: Oxford Nanopore sequencing - capturing panoramic photos of the microscopic world.

    Technical characteristics, application scenarios, library preparation workflow, practical operation points, and case introduction.

    2. Experimental operation: Nanopore macro RNA virus and metagenome experiment.
