    Date:Apr 22, 2024   |  【 A  A  A 】  |  【Print】 【Close】

ROTOR+ can be used in experiments such as yeast two hybrid and microbial flux screening, and can be applied to research on the interaction between pathogens and host cells, proteins and genes, and genes and genes, as well as to explore related genes. PIXL can be applied to the construction of plasmids and bacterial selection, as well as to the anaerobic sorting and construction of libraries for gut microbiota, inflammatory microbiota, tumor microbiota, etc. The MobiMicrobe high-throughput microbiome single-cell transcriptome solution helps to analyze the heterogeneity of microbial expression.

    Time: April 26, 2024 14:30-15:30
