This technical lecture will be conducted by Leica engineers, providing training and explanations on pathological sectioning and immunohistochemistry, helping to solve technical issues, exchange technical experiences, and share knowledge. All teachers and students are welcome to attend! Teachers and students with experimental questions can have on-site discussions.

Main lecture content: 

I. Conventional preparation: 

1. Sample preparation process during paraffin sectioning;

2. Sample preparation process during frozen sectioning;

3. Usage explanations and setting Q&A for dehydrators, microtomes, and embedding machines.

II. Immunohistochemistry staining:

1. Applications of immunohistochemistry / multicolor fluorescent immunohistochemistry experiments;

2. Usage explanations and setting Q&A for immunohistochemistry staining instruments;

3. Q&A on the difficulties of multicolor immunofluorescence experiments.

III. On-site equipment teaching.
