There is a set of Imaris9.5 software（demo version 10.0 with machine learning function） in room A322 of Public Instrument and Test Analysis Center. In order to facilitate teachers and students to use the software better, Instrumental Analysis Center plans to carry out training on 27^th October 2023 (Friday). All research groups and centers are welcome to actively register to participate!

Imaris is an application designed to visualize microscopic data, especially for multi-channel images. The images can be viewed in several different ways and processed to provide the optimum amount of information from 2D or 3D still images, time series, and animations.  

Application scope

1. Application training is not limited, and you can sign up freely.

2. Those who apply for operation training must have participated in application training.

3. Operation training: personnel who need to use the software to carry out experiments in the past 3 months.

Training arrangements

Language: Chinese

Application training: 27^th October, 10:00-11:00 am..  Location: Report Hall Rm201

Operation training: 27^th October, 1:00-3:00 pm.. Imaris module introduction and demo

27^th October, 3:00-5:00 pm..It’s better to carry your own data for analysis.  Location: A322.  

Ways of registration:
