Circular dichroic spectroscopy is a fundamental method for characterizing the spatial conformation of molecules with chiral structures, and the Chirascan V100 of the research institute is equipped with a stopped flow device. Welcome to register for the training. It can be used for:
1. It can be used to study the secondary and tertiary structures of biological macromolecules, study the thermal stability of biological macromolecules and organic polymers, and study the chiral stereostructure of various chiral compounds.
2. Comparison of spatial structure and function of molecules, intermolecular interactions, thermal stability Tm of macromolecules, and high-level structural similarity of biomolecules. Research on the millisecond level rapid reaction kinetics mechanism of intermolecular reactions.
Recommended commonly used buffer for CD determination: Priority should be given to: 1. Phosphate buffer (potassium salt is better than sodium salt); 2. Acetic acid buffer solution; 3. Hepes bicarbonate (10 mM-25 mM).
Try to avoid: high concentrations of sodium salts; Buffer solution with optically active substances.
