The newly purchased capillary electrophoresis analysis system (PA800 Plus) has been installed in A308. Welcome to register for the training. This equipment is widely used for:
1. Purity analysis of proteins and heterogeneity analysis of protein isoelectric point charges;
2. Integrity analysis of mRNA fragments, purity analysis of circular RNA, mRNA capping efficiency, tail distribution analysis, etc;
3. Plasmid supercoiled purity analysis, used to detect different plasmid conformations;
4. Purity analysis of AAV capsid proteins;
5. Applications in non-biopharmaceutical fields, including: anion and cation analysis, substitution degree of cyclodextrin in chemical excipients, PTA, dairy products research, and more.
