    Training Notice for The BD FACSymphony A5 SE Cell Analyzer

    The newly purchased BD FACSymphony A5 SE Cell Analyzer has been installed in A318. In order to facilitate teachers and students to better use the instrument, we plan to conduct training on June 18th and 19th. All are welcome.

    Functional characteristics of BD FACSymphony A5 SE Cell Analyzer:

    1. 5 Laser with 48 channels, covering a detection range of 362nm-850nm full spectrum, and high flexibility in dye selection;

    2. Use BD FACSDiva software to collect data, support full spectrum analysis workflow and traditional compensation workflow, and achieve one click switching and cross validation within the software;

    3. It is possible to extract and remove spontaneous fluorescence from cells.

    Training arrangement:

    Tuesday June 18, 9:30-16:00, A318 —— Instrument operation and Diva software operation

    Wednesday June 19, 9:30-16:00, A318 —— 18 color PBMC sample analysis practical explanation

    Registration method: Scan the QR code to fill out the registration form

    Registration deadline: June 17, 2024, 17:00
