    Notice for Trial Operation: Capillary Electrophoresis Analyzer PA800 Plus

    The newly purchased Capillary Electrophoresis Analyzer PA800 Plus has been installed, and is planning a one-month trial operation phase from August 19 to September 19, 2024. During this period, the microscope will be free of use but users need to make reservation in SAMP website. Capillary Electrophoresis Analyzer PA800 Plus is equipped with UV, PDA, and LIF detectors, and it has the advantages of higher efficiency, faster speed, less sample and reagent consumption, and equally broad application scope. It can be used for the following applications:

    1. Analysis of the integrity and purity of different fragment mRNA, circular RNA, mRNA capping efficiency, and tail distribution;

    2. Purity analysis of proteins, charge heterogeneity analysis of protein isoelectric point;

    3. Purity analysis of plasmid supercoils to detect different conformations of plasmids;

    4. Purity analysis of AAV capsid protein;

    5. Non-biological drug applications, including ion analysis, drug excipient cyclodextrin substitution degree, PTA, dairy products, etc.

    Capillary Electrophoresis Analyzer PA800 Plus is a large-scale instrument, and individuals are not allowed to operate it independently without training and assessment. Please contact the instrument administrator Ye Linqian (A314) for users with trial needs. If you have any questions or needs, feel free to contact us.
