The newly purchased continuous nanomedical drug preparation system (NanoAssemblr Ignite) is equipped with advanced automated microfluidic technology, this system has excellent reproducibility and also has the adavantages of easy-to-use, scalable, and process-controlled. The system can prepare lipid nanoparticles at laboratory scale, with a maximum volume of 20 mL and a flow rate of up to 20 mL/min.
