The Analytical Core Facility will conduct a theoretical course on optical imaging and hands-on training on the inverted fluorescence microscope (Olympus IX73) on March 20, 2025.

Olympus IX73 inverted fluorescence microscope has 4×、10×、20×、40×、60×(oil)、100×（oil） lenses which are suitable for imaging. It could be used for both bright field and fluorescent observation and image acquisition of live cells and fixed cell/tissue sample.

The experimental personnel must participate in theoretical course, hands-on training, and pass the assessment before obtaining authorization. You can make a reservation if you want to use the device.

Application scope

1. Theoretical course is not limited, and you can sign up offline.

2. Only 12 persons can take part in the hands-on training. One for each group.
