The Cytek Aurora CS flow cytometer underwent hardware and software upgrades on April 10, 2025, with notable changes to both components. To ensure optimal utilization of the instrument, the Analytical Core Facility will organize a training session on April 24. We warmly welcome all faculty and students to register!

Features of Cytek Aurora CS:

1. Full-spectrum detection with 5 lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 647nm), equipped with 64 detection channels.

2. Nozzle specifications: 70μm, 85μm, 100μm, 130μm; supports up to 6-way sorting with multiple modes (15mL centrifuge tubes, flow tubes, EP tubes, 96-well plates).

3. Temperature-controlled sample loading and sorting chambers (4–30°C).

4. Live View function enables real-time monitoring during sorting.
