Title: Roles of FHL2 in the regulation of cytokine expression

    Time: April 12 2024, 13:00-14:00

    Introduction:

Cytokines play crucial roles in immune responses and intercellular communication. In-depth studies of the molecular mechanisms that regulate cytokine expression can provide insights for disease research, especially in infection and tumor research. Four and a half LIM-only protein 2 (FHL2) is a multifunctional protein involved in the regulation of diverse signaling pathways and plays important roles in cell growth, differentiation, tissue inflammation and carcinogenesis. In this study, we investigated how FHL2 regulates cytokine expression by multiple mechanisms.
