Our lab focuses on pathogen discovery, detection and isolation. We use molecular, cellular and virological research methods in P2 level biosafety laboratory to isolate and identify pathogens of emerging and emergent infectious diseases, as well as antiviral drug screening and mechanism research, and to conduct respiratory/intestinal and other common virus diagonstic methods and epidemiological analysis.
